- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Used or opened items that are not in their original condition and packaging.
- Customized or personalized items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable) to verify the claim.
- Once your request is approved, our delivery partner will collect the item from your location.
Note: The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, accessories, and invoices.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:
- If the returned item meets the eligibility criteria.
- If the return is due to a fault on our part (damaged or incorrect product).
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued in the form of cash refund upon delivery of the returned product.
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after the return is approved and received.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you may return the item and place a new order.
6. Items Not Delivered
If your order is not delivered, please contact our customer support team. Once verified, we will offer a full refund or redelivery of the product.
